walking 1.2 miles tonight for my Free Mama Time. That'll be 2 miles in
one day! Imagine if I do that every day. I might almost be healthy or
something.
One thing about it - healthy and happy go hand in hand. I'm feeling so
much happier today after the walking and once I get over the sugar
cravings I'll be feeling even better!
