Okay, since I really believe good health and happiness require we pay
attention to our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves I
am creating Goal Days that will rotate through these four pillars of
the "health and happiness chair". Each Monday I will list a goal that
will pertain to one of these pillars. Work on the goal for the week
and track your progress at least once throughout the week- say on
Thursday each week. Then at the end of the week right down how well
you did or didn't do, what struggles you had, what successes or
breakthroughs, what you learned in general or about yourself, etc. It
can be as easy as just leaving a comment on this blog or you can keep
track in your own personal health journal (which I recommend having).
So for sure tune in on Monday for the new goal!
