to work and me and the Baby miss him terribly. But today I heard some
sad news and suddenly my trials and struggles and "Monday woes" are
nothing worth complaining about. My life is bright and sunny and could
always be much worse so with that in mind this week's physical goal is
to work on getting outside and enjoying the sunshine.
Sunshine has amazing capabilities. It is a mood booster. It is a sleep
inducer - seriously- sunshine helps our body produce the necessary
melatonin which helps us sleep better. And it's just all around a
happy thing. Additionally, the upside to getting out and enjoying the
sunshine is that chances are you will be more active than if you had
stayed in doors. So commit to get outside every day this week. You can
go for a leisurely stroll with family or friends, garden, or even just
rest and meditate on the beauty of this world we have been blessed
with.
